You may sign up for classes by calling, emailing, or stopping by the Front Desk or via our Studio Director portal. If you are a current member and do not know your user name and password, a Front Office staff person will be happy to assist you in getting that information.

All registrations, whether on-line or in person, require a Liability Waiver for each gymnast/person going into the gym, Registration Form, and $40 Registration Fee annually. See OMEGA Policies for payment and enrollment information.

Payment and Enrollment Policies

You are financially responsible for tuition until officially dropped from enrollment via the front desk.   Two weeks written notice prior to the end of the current month is required to drop a class.Tuition is due on the 21st of the current month for the upcoming month’s Tuitionn.  All accounts must be on automatic payment.

 

Accounts that have not been paid in full by the 24th day of the month will have a $20 late fee imposed/added to the balance due.

 

Your child is automatically enrolled in classes from month to month.

Account Notifications

All account statements are sent via email to family accounts.  All active accounts are required to have a valid email address on file to receive financial statements and academy notifications.  ​

Payment Options

You may make payments on your account in person or via phone by contacting the Front Office staff or by logging into your account via our Studio Director portal.

If you do not know your user name and password, a Front Office staff person will be happy to assist you in getting that information to help ensure a duplicate account is not created.​
