Birthday Parties
Parties at OMEGA
Come join the fun with instructed activities on some of the following: Trampoline, Foam Pit, 30′ long Tumble Track, rope swing, obstacle course, and open play! Parties are a total time of 90 minutes. Party parents may choose to book a gym only party or a gym/party room combo party for an additional cost.
Party parent may choose to allow presents. If allowed, presents will be collected during guest drop-off and transported to the party parent’s vehicle at the end of the party. Presents are not opened on site. No food allowed during the gym only party time slot. If party room is booked, food is allowed.
Party parent/guardian must remain on-site during the party and is expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to start of party and remain on site until all party guests have been picked up. Party guest parents/guardians may choose to stay on site or return at the end of the party. Any parent/guardian choosing to stay on site may do so from the bleachers. Parent/guardians are not allowed on the gym area.
OMEGA offers Birthday Parties for children ages 4-12.

Party Overview:
Party guest drop off and pick up is in front of the building in our roundabout. All guests must have a waiver signed and given to staff at drop-off.
All parties are scheduled for either 90 minutes of supervised gym play or a combination of gym and party room (50 minutes of supervised gym play and 30 minutes of party room and 10 minutes transition time).
All party guests must be at least 4 years old. If a party guest is under 4, they must have an adult assistant with them. The adult assistant must also have a signed waiver.
Please note other activities may occur during scheduled party times.
Available Booking Times:
Saturdays: 3:30PM – 5:00PM or
5:30PM – 7:00PM
Sundays: 3:30PM – 5:00PM or
5:30PM – 7:00PM
Cancellation Policy
1 Week notice required to receive a 100% tuition credited to your OMEGA account.
No-shows will not receive a credit. If a party must be rescheduled, there is a $25 rebooking fee.
