OMEGA has got you covered with our Parent’s Great Escape event!
This special occasion allows children aged 5 to 12 to have a blast at the gym while parents enjoy a well-deserved night out, quality time, or other engagements.

OMEGA regularly schedules a night for children to have a night out at the gym. These are great for parent’s date night, mom’s nights, holiday parties, movie night, etc.
Your child’s evening includes:
- Supervised Open Play. Let your child unleash their energy and explore the gym under the watchful eyes of our experienced staff.
- Gymnastics Related Games. Engaging and safe games will keep the children entertained and active throughout the evening.
- Movie on the Giant Screen. Enjoy a heartwarming movie projected on our enormous screen, providing a fantastic cinematic experience for all the kids.
- Pizza and Drink. We’ll provide delicious pizza and refreshing drinks to keep your little ones fueled and hydrated.
Pre-Registration is Required:
- To secure your child’s spot, make sure to pre-register in advance. You can conveniently register on-line or by contacting the Front Office via email or phone at 503.466.4872.
Dress Code: What to wear
We want the kids to feel comfortable and move freely during their playtime, so we recommend the following attire:
- Boys: Comfortable athletic clothing, and if applicable, tie long hair on top or back to ensure a safe playtime.
- Girls: Opt for comfortable athletic clothing or a leotard, and tie long hair into a ponytail to keep it secure during activities.
- For safety reasons, any type of jewelry is discouraged.
Pricing and Cancellation Policy:
- $35 per person; Great Escape Extravaganza is $49 per person
- 48-hour notice is required to receive 100% tuition credited to your OMEGA account. No-shows will not receive a credit.
