2017 and finished 17th at JE Nationals earlier this year.

The Tigard OR native qualified for the 2017 P&G Championships, where he finished eighth in the all-around. Goodell is the son of Tina and Shay Goodell and has a younger sister, Pia.

“It looks like potentially Spencer can be someone who also does a tremendous job as an all-around gymnast for us,” Williams said. “Spencer looks to have a tremendous upside to developing more difficult routines to his gymnastics. I’m really looking forward to being able to work with him over the next four years.”
