DESCRIPTION:The Highlights:\nCapture your gymnastics memories and strike a pose!  Pictures are taken during class time. OMEGALYMPICS uniforms are worn during class for this week.  Reminders regarding the schedule for class pictures will be sent to student families in late May via the Customer Portal. \n  \nExtra Details:\n\n\n\nFor your convenience\, pictures will be taken during regular class times.  Please have students arrive on time for their class\, looking their best on their picture day!   All students will have individual AND group* photos taken\, even if you choose not to purchase pictures yourself.  Please bear in mind that the regular class schedule will be slightly altered based on how ready the class is at their scheduled time.  Regular class will continue around the picture schedule. \n*Please note that ALL students must have their OMEGALYMPICS uniform to be in the group class photo. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAttire\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStudents: Recreational gymnasts should wear their OMEGALYMPICS uniform.  All students should have their hair up neatly.\nParent Participation Classes:  Parents will be included in the group photo. Pegasus families\, please wear black bottoms and your OMEGALYMPICS parent shirt. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbsence\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you miss your scheduled class\, check with the office to coordinate a time for an individual photo\, but please be prepared to work around other scheduled groups. Unfortunately\, the group picture does not have an option for a make-up. \n\n\n\n\nOrdering\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNo payments or forms are needed prior to Picture Day.  Photos will be taken in each class of each student.  You will be able to VIEW and ORDER the photos after the photos are edited and put online. We will notify you via email when they are ready (should take a few weeks).  For buddy or sibling photos\, simply let your child’s coach know you would like to have that photo taken so you can order it online – the picture will be added to one student’s account only\, so remember which child’s name you want it added to. To help stick to the photo schedule\, please be respectful of time and only request buddy or sibling photos if you plan on purchasing them.  Photos are delivered directly to the address you provide when ordering.   2025 Link to Orderable Pictures \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nParents\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWith the exception of Pegasus adults\, no parents are allowed in the picture studio or gym area while pictures are being taken.  In addition to the photographer\, a teacher and another staff person are in the photo studios to assist.
