Account Notifications

All account statements are sent via email to family accounts.  All active accounts are required to have a valid email address on file to receive financial statements and academy notifications.  ​


Payment Options

You may make payments on your account in person or via phone by contacting the Front Office staff or by logging into your account via our Studio Director portal.  

If you do not know your user name and password, a Front Office staff person will be happy to assist you in getting that information.​

  • You are financially responsible for tuition until officially dropped from enrollment via the front desk.   Two weeks written notice prior to the end of the current month is required to drop a class.Tuition is due on the 1st of the current month.  Accounts with auto-pay will pull on the 1st business day of the month.
  • Accounts that have not been paid in full by the 8th day of the   current month will have a $10 late fee imposed/added to the balance due.
  • Your child is automatically registered in classes from month to month.
