OMEGA Gymnastics Programs
At OMEGA Gymnastics we strive to meet everyone's needs. Below is a
description of the training programs offered:
Tiny Titans - OMEGA Gymnastics’ kinder gym program. Tiny Titans are
classes designed specifically for the gymnast under the age of 6.
The curriculum focuses on gymnastics fundamentals, form,
flexibility, and most of all fun.
Mighty Titans - OMEGA Gymnastics’ kinder gym program. Coaches
placement; for Titans ready to move past the basics of movement and
begin gymnastics curriculum.
Titans - Omega Gymnastics’ recreational program. Titans classes are
designed specifically for gymnasts age 6+ who are interested in
learning the sport. Titans curriculum focuses on learning proper
gymnastics, strength, body positions, flexibility, and beginning
level skills.
Apollos-Omega Gymnastics’ accelerated program. Apollos is a teacher
placement only gymnastics program designed for gymnasts with an
interest in competition. Apollos focuses on accelerated strength,
flexibility, technique, and skills.
Competitive Teams - OMEGA Gymnastics offers competitive programs for
both young women and young men. Our program follows the national
programs set forth by USA Gymnastics, the national governing body of
gymnastics development.
