Age 2 - 5 years, Co-Ed and Parent Participation (50 min)
Tiny Titans - OMEGA Gymnastics’ kinder gym program. Tiny Titans are classes designed specifically for the boy or girl gymnast under the age of 6. The curriculum focuses on gymnastics fundamentals, form, flexibility, and most of all fun. Offered Monday - Saturday.
Age 4 - 6 years, (teacher placement for 5 and under)
Kallistos- Girls Class (60 min)
Hercules - Boys Class (60 min)
OMEGA Gymnastics’ Kallistos and Hercules classes were created for children 4 to 6 year olds. The focus of this class is to train proficiency in strength, body awareness, and coordination. Kallistos and Hercules will apply emphasis on good listening skills, and the ability to apply corrections.
Age 7 years and Older (75 min)
Separate Boy's and Girl's Classes
Titans - OMEGA Gymnastics’ fundamental program. Titans classes are for level's 1 - 3 and are designed specifically for a child age 7 and older who are interested in learning the sport of gymnastics. Titans curriculum focuses on learning proper gymnastics, strength, body positions, flexibility, and beginning level skills.
Age 6 years and Older (teacher placement and 2 days per week is required for all participants)
Apollos - Boys
Athenas - Girls
OMEGA Gymnastics’ accelerated program. Apollos and Athenas is a teacher placement only gymnastics program designed for gymnasts with an interest in joining our competitive teams. Class focus is on accelerated strength, flexibility, technique, and skills needed for competition. This is considered a pre-team class.
Age 7 years and Older. (Level 4 - 10 Competitive)
Men's Level 4 - 10
Women's Level 4 - 10
Olympians Competitive Teams - OMEGA Gymnastics offers competitive programs for both young women and young men. Our program follows the national programs set forth by USA Gymnastics, the national governing body of gymnastics development.
