Owners
Tiffany Quincy - Tiffany has been involved in gymnastics since the
age of seven. She began her competitive career at the age of eight
and was hooked. She was an elite gymnast and made the national Team
by the age of twelve. She was ranked third in the nation as Junior
Elite and represented the country in China at the Friendship Games.
Since retiring competitively, she has coached Level 7-10 for the
past 15 years. It is her desire to instill the value of excellent
fundamentals and hard work while providing an enthusiastic and
rewarding atmosphere.
Seth Smart - Seth competed in men’s artistic gymnastics throughout
middle school and high school. He began coaching at the age of 14,
and has been involved in teaching and training ever since. In 2002
he was voted Oregon State Coach of the year by his coaching and
judging peers. Seth has coached numerous state, regional and
national qualifiers and champions
Coaches
Dirk Allen - Dirk is a graduate of Oklahoma Panhandle State
University with degrees in Biological Sciences and Athletic
Training. He began coaching power tumbling in college and soon after
began coaching gymnastics all over the Oklahoma-Texas Panhandle.
Prior to his move to Oregon, he accumulated seven years of
gymnastics, 5 years of elite tumbling, trampoline, and double mini,
3 years of hip-hop, cheerleading and choreography coaching
experience. Prior to coaching, dirk was a gymnastic and advanced all
the way up the ranks to Class 1. His background and experience is
evident in every class he coaches and his enthusiasm makes him a
favorite among both students and their parents
Shane Smart - Shane Smart has been involved in the sport of
gymnastics for over 15 years. He began his competitive career at
TEGA (Teton Elite Gymnastics Academy) Gymnastics in Idaho Falls
Idaho. He was coached by Rob and Tony Lazzarotto where he trained
alongside future men’s national team member Cortney Bramwell. He
then became a member of the Rick’s Junior College Men’s Gymnastics
team and competed there for one season. Shane has coached both men’s
and women’s gymnasts of all levels up to elite. Most recently Shane
spent some time coaching in Orlando, FL with 1988 Olympian Chelle
Stack following her purchase of Brown’s Gymnastics of Winter Park.
Shane’s favorite part about coaching gymnastics is watching the
change that occurs in gymnasts as the progress in their sport; grow
physically strong and mentally tough.
Rochelle Bahr - Rochelle is a native Oregonian and has been involved
in gymnastics since she was a toddler. She was a competitive gymnast
and was regional Level 8 All-Around Champion in 1998 and 1999. She
finished competing as a Level 9 and her love of gymnastics and
working with kids led her to become a coach. Rochelle's passion for
teaching children has led her to pursue a degree in Education. Her
future plans are to teach in Middle/Elementary School or work with
the Outdoor Science School Program Rochelle also enjoys camping
backpacking, reading, traveling, and going to the beach
Ashley Crabtree - Ashley has been involved with gymnastics since she
was 8. She competed up to an optional level gymnast for 10 years,
and has been coaching for the past 7 years. She has coached
preschoolers to level 9's. She also was a dance major in college for
two years, and loves teach dance and choreograph optional level
routines. Ashley's favorite part of teaching gymnastics is the
reaction on a gymnasts face when they know they have accomplished
something huge.
